Where to buy geological maps

All maps are published by the British Geological Survey (BGS). The BGS also publishes specialist Regional Memoirs or Sheet Descriptions to go with each map.

The best place to purchase geological maps and guides is the BGS London Information Office on the ground floor of the Earth Galleries of the Natural History Museum, London. The office also has an excellent range of other geological products on sale, such as field equipment, posters, souvenirs and postcards. The office is open weekdays only. See the BGS website for opening times or telephone the office on: 020 7589 4090.
